so...how does this work?
First of all, you need an idea! A business idea! Preferably. Then all you need to do to start the ball rolling is flick me an email. I ask that you please answer the following questions, just so I have a head-start on what makes your business tick, and ultimately how I can support you:
1. What does your business do or sell?
2. What inspired you to start this business?
3. Do you already have an online presence?
4. Specifically, what do you need assistance with?
Once all that is out of the way, we can arrange a time to have a free consultation where we can discuss in more detail about what you need for your business, and what approach you would like to take.
The first hour of the consultation is on me! Any extra time is charged hourly.

Ongoing Support
Perfect for if you only need help casually with your business, or if you are looking for social media management.
You let me know what you need done and when, and receive an invoice at the end of each month for the work completed.
No minimum hours, so perfect for any budget.
I also offer the option to prepay for 10 hours upfront at 15% off - $425 down from $500!

Projects
This is for the bigger tasks that may take a wee while, such as a site build or redesign. After discussing your needs, I will issue a time and cost estimate for you to accept. To help avoid a sizeable lump sum at the end of the project, invoices are issued at the end of each month for the work completed during that month.
You are more than welcome to set a maximum number of hours per month to assist with budgets.
now the fun part begins!
Depending on your needs, I may require additional information from you. There may also be some back and forth required over email while I work on tasks. And of course, there will be opportunities to go over my work once completed, before it is published.
On the last day of each month until the work is complete, I will send out an invoice via email totalling the full hours of work taken for that month, and can provide timesheets if required.
