HOW IT WORKS
First of all, you need an idea! A business idea! Preferably.
Then all you need to do to start the ball rolling is get in touch with me via email, from either my contact form here, or directly at email@example.com.
I ask that you please answer the following questions, just so I have a head-start on what makes your business tick, and ultimately how I can support you!
- What does your business do or sell, and what is it's name?
- What inspired you to start this business?
- Do you already have an online presence, such as social media profiles, websites, anything!
- Tell me some important features you need out of a website (eg; a place to sell products/services, a booking system, publish blogs, showcase information etc).
Once all that is out of the way, we can arrange a time to have a free consultation where we can discuss in more detail about what you need for your business, and what approach you would like to take.
During our consultation we will suss out what specific services you require. Most consultations shouldn't take longer than an hour, so this first hour is on me! Any extra time is $35 per hour. I will offer you a quote based on your business' needs, which you will need to confirm with me in writing over email.
Now the fun part begins!
Depending on the service, I may require additional information from you. There may also be some back and forth required over email while I work on your store.
And of course, there will be an opportunity to go over my work once completed, before it is published.
Once the work is completed, I will send out an invoice via email totalling the full hours of work taken. Please note the final amount may be different to what was initially quoted due to unforeseen circumstances, but should this occur I will notify you if it is appearing the work will take longer, before the invoice is released.
If I have created a store for you from scratch, you will need to pay the cost in full (unless using Laybuy) before I transfer the store to you. Afterwards, I will hand over the account ownership, where you can enter in private details such as bank details.
